Change in fee structure for open records requests

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 50-18-71, the following fee schedule will apply to open records requests:

bullet

$0.25 per page copying charge

bullet

$15.00 per hour if search, retrieval, redacting and copying of documents extends past 1/4 hour

bullet

postage if the requester does not reside within the metro Atlanta area and the documents must be mailed

No records will be released until fee are collected and a "Receipt of Records Acknowledgement" form has been signed.
