Problems in Displaying Reports
It has been reported that some individuals cannot display the officer reports.
There are several possible reasons. Please review the following to determine if this
is your problem and the possible solution for each.
- Persons using Microsoft's Internet Explorer must use
versions 5.5 or later.
Earlier versions do not handle the 128 bit encryption used for the
security of your records.
Download the current version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer, available for free on Microsoft's Website.
- If you are accessing the internet over a local area
network at your agency your system administrator may be using a firewall which will not
allow you to accept certificates.
Our certificate is issued by Verisign and is used to ensure the privacy of your officer records. To accept our
certificate, you will need to contact the systems administrator to determine the best
method doing this.

Typically, all other problems are related to the
officer's Social Security Number and/or Date of Birth.
